1st Position: Workday Extend Developer: 2 Opening


Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. As a Workday Extend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and integrations within the Workday platform.
  2. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  3. Your expertise will play a key role in enhancing our Workday Extend capabilities and delivering value to our organization.
  4. Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and integrations using Workday Extend.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
  6. Develop and maintain Workday Extend reports, dashboards, and data integrations.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Workday Extend applications and integrations.
  8. Ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements in all development activities.
  9. Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
  10. Stay updated with the latest Workday Extend features, trends, and best practices to continually improve the development process.
  11. Participate in cross-functional teams to support system upgrades, enhancements, and new implementations.
 2nd Position: Workday Functional: 5 Opening

Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. The Senior Workday Functional consultant is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support the organization's Human Resources functions.
  2. This role involves ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, compliance with Human Resources regulations, and providing end-user support.
  3. The Senior Workday Analyst collaborates with Human Resources and Management to identify appropriate enhancements, modifications, and corrections to all Human Resources-related technology for process improvement and collaborates with Information Systems and system vendors on implementing the changes and enhancements.
  4. Administering and configuring the Workday HRIS system, including custom fields, workflows, business processes, and security profiles.
  5. Configuring and customizing Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Benefits, and Reporting) to meet business requirements.
  6. Troubleshooting unexpected results or process flaws and recommend solutions.
  7. Collaborating and consulting with Human Resources to provide recommendations, configuration, and testing, while adhering to project timelines.
  8. Continuously improving Human Resources processes and procedures by identifying and implementing efficiencies and best practices within the HRIS platform.
  9. Creating advanced Workday reports, composite, and matrix reports, as well as creating dashboards.
  10. Providing training and support to HR staff and other end-users on how to use Workday effectively.
  11. Address inquiries and resolve issues related to the HRIS.
  12. Providing internal client support, including report writing and dashboard building, troubleshooting data and system issues, recommending solutions, and implementing enhancements and fixes.
  13. Providing program management assistance on various HR initiatives, including the rollout and implementation of new and existing Human Resources programs.
  14. Managing integrations between Workday and other HR-related systems or software, such as payroll, time and attendance, or benefits administration.
  15. Leading HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
  16. Collaborate with Workday vendors or service providers to troubleshoot issues, request support, and stay up-to-date on software updates.
  17. Ensuring data integrity within Workday and assisting with HRIS data audits and cleanup.
  18. Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HRIS to recommend improvements and optimizations.
  19. Actively participate in the Workday Community, training, and regional user groups to ensure awareness of current trends and innovation.
  20. Maintaining proper change management and HRIS configurations and procedures documentation.
3rd Position: Workday Integration: 5 Opening


Roles & Responsibilities:
  1. The primary purpose of this role is to design, build, and implement robust solutions.
  2. This includes analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, training, and support of complex business and enterprise software solutions.
  3. Designs, develops, and implements Workday solutions focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance and Procurement.
  4. Configures and customizes Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders, such as Officers, Directors, Managers or Teams to understand their Integration needs.
  6. Stay updated with Workday releases and new features to leverage enhancements in integration capabilities.
  7. Adhere to data governance policies and best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
  8. Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure the reliability of report outputs.
  9. Document integration requirements, specifications, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  10. Conducts unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday solutions.
  11. Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, and web services, and core connectors.
