About the Role:
Triunity Software in Charlotte, NC is looking for a sharp and driven Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the SDLC
- Facilitate requirements workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
- Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions meet business requirements
- Create process flow diagrams, data models, and technical documentation
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency in writing user stories, use cases, and functional specifications
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, or data analysis is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related certification is a plus
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
