About the Role:
Triunity Software is looking for a detail-driven QA Analyst to join our growing team in Calgary, AB! In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality before they reach our customers. If you're passionate about breaking things (in the best way possible) and building better software, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Review and analyze system specifications to ensure testability and completeness
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, frameworks, and best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a QA Analyst or software testing role
- Proficiency with test management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar
- Experience with manual testing methodologies and test case development
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Postman) is an asset
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear defect reporting
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
